BPS Books is a new print-on-demand (POD) list that sells on major bookstore Websites in Canada, the U.S., and the UK, including amazon.ca, amazon.com, and amazon.co.uk. Close to thirty titles have been published since its inception in 2007.
We work with the POD printer Lightning Source and one of the world’s biggest book distributors, Ingram Book Group.
BPS Books is the POD division of Toronto-based publishing company Bastian Publishing Services Ltd., which was founded in 2002 by Donald G. Bastian. Bastian is the publisher and editor-in-chief of BPS Books.

Meet the Publisher, Donald G. Bastian
Donald G. Bastian, the publisher and editor-in-chief of BPS Books, has a vast wealth of experience in book publishing. He has edited and published well over one thousand books in a career spanning thirty years.
Bastian has held positions as managing editor of Irwin Publishing (trade division) and of Stoddart Publishing, Toronto – at the time Canada’s largest Canadian-owned trade publishing house.
Bastian has edited many award-winning books and has worked with many successful authors.
Since founding Bastian Publishing Services Ltd. in 2002, he has counted the following companies among his clients: Dorling Kindersley Publishing, UK, HarperCollins Canada, McGill-Queen’s University Press, House of Anansi Press, Castle Quay Books, CIBC Securities, Horn & Associates, and GoodLife Fitness Clubs.
He has lectured in Ryerson University's book publishing certificate program since 1990.
